Outmaneuvered

June 11, 2009

Huh. I suppose the plan for the federal Liberals in regards to confidence votes was to vote against the Conservative government and force one of the two other opposition parties to support them.

Because, as we know, the two other opposition parties don’t want an election. So why not force them to wear it?

Well, as you can see, this plan is working very well.

We should really start collecting links to all the Liberal bloggers who criticized Jack when the NDP said they wouldn’t introduce a confidence motion of their own. I’m sure many of their words will come back to haunt them as the NDP continues to vote against the government and the Liberals continue to prop it up sheepishly.

“We should really start collecting links to all the Liberal bloggers who criticized Jack when the NDP said they wouldn’t introduce a confidence motion of their own.”

This occured to me as well, but I don’t have time this particular evening.

It would interesting to both expose those who claimed that the NDP was propping up the Conservatives and to ask them (in their comments or by email) to retract their earlier blog posts.
