Dion Just Doesn’t Get This Critic Appointment Thing

March 31, 2008

It seems that Stéphane Dion has shuffled his critics.

And guess who the new critic for Intergovernmental Affairs is: Gerard Kennedy.

Who isn’t a member of Parliament.

Rona Ambrose should thank Dion for his kindness; now she doesn’t have to spend as much time defending the policy of her ministry to the official opposition.

Um. What about somebody unelected and in a cabinet position? Say…oh, I don’t know…maybe like a Michael Fortier.

It’s a perfect fit. Rona Ambrose has not been permitted to answer questions in the House for over a year now.

I’m willing to bet Gerard will get to ask a question before Rona Ambrose gets to answer one.

Besides Bob Rae and Ujjal Dosanjh, who in the Grit caucus has experience in Provincial politics? One that had links with a Provincial government that is currently still in power?

Were you crying when Bob Rae was a Critic w/o having a seat in Parliament?

No. I was laughing at the patheticness of the Liberals.

    Still am.

I hope Peggy Nash pummels him in the riding election.
