You Know Those Undecideds In The Alberta Election?

They decided not to vote after all.

Only 41% of voters showed up to the polls, thus making the large Progressive Conservative base the main deciders of the election.

I must say, I’m a little concerned about the state of democracy in Alberta, not because the results don’t conform to my personal partisan tastes, but that a minority of people are deciding the government that represents the majority.

Then again, the declining number of voters for elections in general in the rest of Canada is rather concerning…
